Welcome to Soccer Shots Family Night! Chattanooga, Tennessee 2022

Soccer Shots Chattanooga Family Night 2022 was a BLAST!!! So many smiling little faces came through CHI Memorial Stadium, home of the Red Wolves, and for lots of good reasons! Face painting, inflatables, food, and free soccer – what a night!

If you’re not familiar, Soccer Shots is a children’s soccer program for ages 2-8. In addition to soccer skills, they focus on healthy habits and character building by incorporating both sports and other elements like positive vocabulary into every session! From entry at the gate (free soccer balls, bracelets, and more!) to meeting THE Red Wolf to wandering the vendor village and allllllll the way onto the field for some play time, this event was perfect for active kiddos! And check out that Soccer Shots jumbo-tron – how cool!!

A HUGE crowd turned out for the event, over 600 in attendance! There were food vendors at the gate, many others further inside the stadium, including NiteOwl Pediatrics, Pool Pros, Fit4Mom, Discovery Learners’ Academy, the Chattanooga Red Wolves, and State Line Inflatables. Quite a lineup!

Meanwhile the coaching staff manned the field for free Soccer Shots sessions, which were awesome. How often do toddlers and preschoolers get to play on a pro field??

Fun, Food, and Football

Kids also got to enjoy face painting, balloon art, and bounce houses! There really was nowhere to go to escape the fun. And the weather held out perfectly too!!

If your child has not tried this program, I totally recommend it! It is a wonderful introduction to sports for littlier littles (they have classes for 2 year olds!) and continues in age appropriate increments through age 8, including a brand new winter indoor league!

Mike, owner of Soccer Shots Chattanooga, and his team have really created a special thing here. If you don’t already participate, give it a try – they host free days before each season starts!

Family night attendees even got to shoot in the Red Wolves goals! Again, how often does your 4 year old get to do that?? This was a super fun night and an awesome experience for lots and lots of Chattanooga area kids!!

The Red Wolves also have a training academy of their own, which makes a great pair with Soccer Shots when your player is ready for next steps. These two teams work great together!

I had such a great time covering this event and meeting some new photo friends along the way! Great job pulling off an awesome evening Soccer Shots team!!
